On 26 February, Palais Royal by David Martin welcomes Champagne House Bruno Paillard for an exceptional one-night-only dinner.
For this special occasion, our culinary team has created a bespoke menu, thoughtfully paired with a full selection of Bruno Paillard champagnes. Each course is designed to highlight the precision, elegance and character of these remarkable cuvées, creating a harmonious and immersive gastronomic experience.
